Wow! Welcome to the world of blogging! I am not quite sure how well this will turn out but I am hoping it will turn out well! You may still be asking yourself, actually I am sure you are, wether this blog will be worth reading. Well, my answer to that is give it a try! I am writing this blog for everyone! You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy my blog either. There will be plenty of stuff to read that is not about veganism. Think of my blog as having a vegan undertone... So, I challenge you, stay with me for a month and then, if you don't like it, leave me lonely!
                         Thanks for visiting! Sincerely, Adrienne

Potato kale hash

Well. I changed the recipe a bit. I used onions instead of shallots, frozen hash browns, and horseradish mustard. It stuck to my pan!! I need new pans!!
So here goes! I'm going to attempt all five of these pins this week!!!
Kale and potato hash
Organize cords with tp tubes
Put up a tension rod for spray bottles
Organize my ribbon
Organize my measuring cups!

So, how many of you have tons and tons of recipes, tips, craft projects, etc, pinned on Pinterest and haven't done a one???? Well, we are in the same boat then! I challenge you! I am going to choose five of my pins to execute this week and I will post about them! Who's with me?

Camping continued

Milo is loving camping so far. It's not too convenient having him along though.

Vegan camping

We are camping for four nights here at Normandy Farms campground. It's great so far. It's a bit on the expensive side but it's a resort style campground with pools and activities all day. The only complaint I have is that they have no tent sites with water and electric and we can't pitch our tent on the grass so good thing for air mattresses!
I hate cooking on camping trips. Last time I tried cooking half thawed veggie burgers over a fire it didn't work out too well. So this time I decided we are doing tofurkey sandwiches, mock tuna, veggie wraps and pb&j. I didn't manage to pick up any vegan marshmallows so that's a bust but oh well.

Vote! Vegg review

What food should I make with the Vegg? Vegan deviled eggs, French toast, eggs Benedict, or another??
